About our services

PA Houses for Cash buys residential real estate directly from property owners in Pennsylvania. We are not a real estate brokerage, and we do not act as your agent or represent you in any transaction. You are free to consult a real estate agent, attorney, accountant or other advisor before deciding whether to sell to us.

Offers are not binding

Any offer, estimate or price we discuss is non-binding and may change after we review the property, its title and other details. Neither you nor we are obligated to complete a sale until both parties sign a written purchase agreement, and that agreement will control the terms of any sale.

Your information

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including the property details and the phone number and email you provide. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

Communications

If you tick the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you about your property by phone call, text message and email at the contact details you provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the contact details below.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or misleading information, submit information about a property you have no right to sell or discuss, interfere with the Site's operation or security, try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by JussHomes or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax or financial advice. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability
